Pre-Employment Exams

Prior to placement, outside phyisicians perform examinations and provide the results to our specialized in-house physician staff for review. As part of our two step quality control process our physicians review the exam results for consistency and correct interpretation of medical data. After that, your staff is notified of the hiring status.

Scheduling Center Services
First Advantage also offers scheduling services for applicants and employees who need physical exams – making efficient use of your time and resources. We provide applicants and staff with all necessary forms and instructions along with the date, time and location for the exam. Following the exam you will receive automatic notification of any delinquent test results.

DOT Driver Physical Qualification Management
The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that regulated drivers have a physical examination at least every two years. Since any medical practitioner authorized to conduct physical examinations in your state can complete these, there is often a great discrepancy in quality and completeness.
