Company History

First Advantage HRLogix was originally established in Edmond, Oklahoma by a small group of human resources professionals determined to solve their most nagging job-related frustrations. After identifying recruiting processes and paperwork as the primary source of frustration, the team brought in technology experts to develop cutting-edge solutions specifically designed from an HR department’s point-of-view. The resulting products and services became HRLogix in 2002.

By 2006, the company had become the fastest growing HR solutions company in the country and was acquired by First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV) in April of that same year.

Since the launch of our primary product, JobLogix, we have developed four additional modules available only with the JobLogix ATS, and created essential integrations with other First Advantage services to seamlessly provide comprehensive Talent Acquisition Solutions.
